Temporal recurrence in Andrew Lewis's Penmon Point by Ambrose Seddon

This analysis considers Andrew Lewis’s acousmatic work Penmon Point (2002-03) in terms of recurrent phenomena occurring over a number of different timescales. Investigating a work from this viewpoint involves considering the various kinds and types of sound materials present, assessing aspects of similarity or difference among them, noting how they function when they recur, and contemplating why they are significant.
